My name is Marianna but online you will always find me as “letsyogaaround”. Why this name? Because traveling and being always around the world is one of the things I love to do and since yoga can be done anywhere then I tell you “let's go around and do yoga”.

Yoga is a Lifestyle
This is not only because you can organize the practice in almost any space in the world (I have really practiced everywhere hehehe) but also because yoga is a lifestyle, so it is always with you, just live following some of the most beautiful teachings that this ancient practice has transmitted to us: balance between mind and body, reduction of the ego, compassion, listening and love for oneself for example.
MY METHOD
Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa
Navakaraṇa is an intensive Vinyāsa based practice with a different series which we change and practice according to the Moon. It is a beautifully balanced collection of series, and each practice together is a full body workout. The style and teaching method is extremely traditional, where the teacher gives a tempo (laya) and students move through the sequences using the sanskrit counts.
Practicing with Marianna I gained more awareness of my body and I became even more passionate about yoga. We do private lessons online and I hope to visit her soon in Bali.
Marianna loves her work and is perceived throughout the lesson, there is always a good energy and each lesson always ends with a smile.
Being aware is very important, teaching gives you a great responsibility. Marianna is very attentive to our needs and she is very clear when explaining, because often some things are difficult to understand, especially if you have never practiced yoga before. I will definitely visit her in Bali, I can't wait!
Since I have been following the online lessons with Marianna my body has changed, and my life has changed too! I am calmer, I sleep better, and I no longer have back pain! I recommend you to study yoga with her because she is very sweet and very great teacher.
